1. Service Description

Nucleo Studio offers services including:

• Positioning strategy and value proposition for B2B companies
• Development of differentiated marketing messages
• Content creation for web, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Go-to-market and product communication consulting

2. Engagement and Payments

Services are contracted according to available plans (one-time projects or monthly plans). Prices and specific conditions are detailed in each commercial proposal. Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in each project.

3. Deliverables

Specific deliverables are defined in each project and may include positioning decks, web wireframes, content strategies, and other materials as agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

Once payment is completed, deliverables developed specifically for your company will be your property. Nucleo Studio retains rights to its own methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools.

5. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all your company and product information that you share with us during project development.

6. Revisions

Our plans include revisions as specified in each proposal. We work collaboratively to ensure deliverables meet your expectations and business objectives.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nucleo Studio is not responsible for specific business results, as success depends on multiple factors outside our control. We commit to delivering high-quality services according to industry standards.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship with prior notice according to the terms agreed upon in each project. Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated and will apply to new projects contracted after the modification.
